Ford f150 clicking noise won't start

The clicking noise is coming from the dash and is related to the manual temp control when in the cold position. It happens when I start the truck up and if I have temp turned to the furthest cold position. It will cause a clicking noise for a few seconds then quits. Or I can turn the temp control **** up three clicks and it quits..

The battery is fine. If I open the door, and wait about 60 seconds, the interior lights come back on, but the second I turn the ignition switch to "start", every electrical component shuts down.
