Tbc classic server populations

As someone from Loathaeb I'm kind of puzzled since that the only latinamerican (spanish) TBC server, and for what i remember we got our server because we have issues back then because languages barriers and such, also some sources point it to be a 1100+ population with near 45-55 faction balance. I'm truelly puzzled. Comment by valpete.
