Plex remote access keeps turning off

Plex keeps losing remote access : r/PleX. I've tried troubleshooting the problem. I have it set up with a manual port forward using public and private port 32400. For some reason plex decides to change my private port sometimes (possibly due to my VPN). If anyone knows what could be going on I'd appreciate any help..

It turns out the issue was because my Cisco router was holding the IP range of 100-149 for IPv4 DHCP. My Plex server jail was static to .100, so it was conflicting with the router.
